Subscription

1.1. Briefcase provides a subscription that allows our subscribers to access content (“Briefcase content”) over the Internet to certain mobile phones, computers and other devices (“Briefcase ready devices”). By subscribing to the Briefcase, you deem to accept the Terms & Conditions.

1.2. These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. Billing

3.1. Billing Cycle. If you signed up for Briefcase using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your Briefcase subscription, you may need to do so through such third party, for example by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from the Briefcase service through that third party.
